We connect you; we are not part of your booking

balibridal only introduces couples and vendors. Any booking, contract or agreement is made directly between you and the vendor. balibridal is not a party to it.

We do not receive your money

All payments for wedding services (deposits, instalments and final payments) go directly from you to the vendor. balibridal never receives, holds or handles these payments.

For this reason, balibridal is not responsible for any financial loss or damage, including lost deposits or payments, if a vendor does not deliver, delivers late or delivers something different from what was agreed, or if a vendor cancels or stops trading.

Any refund or claim must be settled directly with the vendor.

Please check before you pay

We select vendors with care, but we cannot guarantee their work. Before paying, read the vendor’s contract, confirm what is included, the cancellation and refund terms, and keep written records of what you agree.

Vendor information

Vendor profiles, prices and photos are provided by the vendors. They may change or contain mistakes; please confirm the details with the vendor.

Be respectful

Please be kind and respectful in every message, enquiry, RSVP and review. Messages with insults, harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content are refused, and accounts that keep sending them may be blocked. Honest feedback and critical reviews written politely are always welcome.

Your details

When you request quotes or contact a vendor, your details are shared only with the vendors matched to your request, so they can reply to you.
