Guest list and RSVP

Keep your guest list, send RSVP links by WhatsApp and see who is coming.

Open your wedding page and choose **Guests & RSVP**.

Adding guests

• Add guests one by one, or paste a list: one invitation per line. Add a comma and a number for more seats, for example "Budi & Sari, 2".
• For each invitation you can note a group (Family, Friends…), the number of seats, a phone number, a table and a note.

Asking guests to reply

• Each guest has a personal RSVP link. Use **Send by WhatsApp** for a ready message, or **Copy RSVP link**.
• For group chats there is one shared link: guests type their name and it is matched to your list.
• Guests answer in English, Indonesian or Chinese: coming or not, how many people (up to their seats), dietary needs and a message. They can change their answer later with the same link.
• Guests only see the RSVP page, never your private wedding page.

Following the answers

• Answers appear on your page straight away, with totals of who is coming, not coming and not answered yet, plus a list of dietary needs.
• If a guest answers you by phone, set their answer yourself.
• We send you one email a day with the new answers, never one per guest.
• **Download list (Excel)** gives the full list for your venue or caterer.
