Joining and getting approved

Sign up, complete your profile and go live.

Join as a vendor, choose your main category and your main language. Your dashboard is shown in that language, and your texts are translated into the other languages automatically.

Our team checks every new profile before it goes live. Profiles with a cover photo, portfolio, tagline, about text, areas and at least one package are approved fastest.

Photos

Upload your original photos: at least 2000 px on the longest side. Larger photos are resized automatically, so they load fast but still look sharp.

How we choose founding vendors

• A good reputation in the Bali wedding industry, built over years.
• Companies must give their website: it shows us your work and how long you have been in the industry.
• Freelance professionals (photographers, videographers, hair & makeup and similar) don't need a website, but it is a plus.
• Wedding planners: membership of the Bali Wedding Association (BWA) is also taken into account.

After approval (Featured and Premium)

• Companies: send us your registered company name and year of establishment, as recorded under Indonesian law. The bank account couples pay into must be in the same name as your company; if it is different, please tell us.
• Freelance professionals: no company name is needed; the bank account is in your own name.
• Foreigners working in Indonesia: a valid Indonesian work permit is required, and we ask you to show it to us.

Founding vendors (hand-picked, limited number) get the Featured plan free until 1 September 2027. balibridal is in beta and we don't accept any payment from vendors yet: plan prices are shown for later.
