Where reviews come from and how to reply.

Couples who contacted and booked you through balibridal are invited to review you about two weeks after their wedding. Reviews go online right away and your stars appear on your profile and vendor cards.

You can reply publicly to every review from Reviews in your dashboard, and edit your reply later. If a review breaks our rules, contact us and we can hide it.
