Paying vendors safely

Only pay into the official account shown on the vendor’s profile.

balibridal never takes payments for weddings: you pay vendors directly. To stay safe:

• Check the vendor’s official payment account on their balibridal profile (bank and account name).
• Only pay into that account, in exactly that name. Never pay into a personal or third-party account you were sent in a chat.
• For extra safety, choose a vendor whose account shows "Checked by balibridal".
• Always ask for a written contract or invoice with the services, date, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
• Keep every receipt.

balibridal will never ask you to pay us for a wedding service or send you a vendor’s bank details. If someone does, do not pay and tell us at hello@balibridal.com.
