Who can write reviews, and how to write or edit yours.

Only couples who contacted a vendor through balibridal and booked them can review that vendor. This keeps reviews honest.

About two weeks after your wedding we email you a link. Tick the vendors you booked, then give each one 1 to 5 stars and a few words. Your review goes online right away, and you can edit it later with the same link. Vendors can reply publicly to your review.
