Plan end date, renewal and upgrades

What happens when your plan ends, automatic renewal, and changing plans.

Featured and Premium run for 12 months. Your end date is shown in Plan in your dashboard.

When your plan ends

• We email you 7 days before the end date.
• If it is not renewed, your profile moves to the Free plan on the end date. Your profile, posts and reviews stay online, but Featured and Premium features stop (for example quote requests and unlimited replies to couples).

Renewing

• In Plan you can turn on **Renew automatically** and choose the plan to renew into. 7 days before the end date we prepare your renewal and email you.
• A renewal starts when your current plan ends, so you never lose paid days.

Changing plan

• **Upgrade** (Featured → Premium): starts straight away, and the unused days of Featured are taken off the price.
• **Lower plan** (Premium → Featured): you keep Premium until your paid period ends, then move to Featured.
